Burabazar Dahmi Mata Prachar Samity (BDMPS) is a non-profit, non-political and non-sectarian organization which is dedicated to serve the society by providing spiritual, educational, cultural and social services.
Being inspired by the ancient Vedic Wisdom of ॐ सर्वे भवन्तु सुखिनः, सर्वे सन्तु निरामयाः ।सर्वे भद्राणि पश्यन्तु, मा कश्चिद्दुःखभाग्भवेत् । ॐ शान्तिः शान्तिः शान्तिः ॥, and, the Motherhood aspects of preserving, protection, sustenance and empowerment of girl (theme of kanya Pujan) of MANSHA form of GODDESS DURGA as Kuldevi Dahmi Mata Ji BDMPS was founded on 2007 by Shri Ashok Devatia & Shri Lalit Khemka.
The 600-year-old temple of Mansha Mata holds great significance in whole of India in general and especially in Rajasthan. Legend has it that Mata appeared to a cowherd in a carrion bush, leading to the establishment of the temple. Located in the Dahmi-Hamjapur complex in Behror district, the temple is situated on the Delhi-Jaipur Highway and spans over 21 bighas of land.
Every year, during Navratras and the fairs held twice annually, the temple attracts lakhs of devotees from across the country. It's a center of faith for many, and devotees flock to seek blessings, fulfill vows, and offer prayers. The temple houses a bronze-copper bell offered in Samvat 1437, which remains installed, symbolizing the continuity of devotion over centuries.
